VALOSTORE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access.

2. Digital Product Delivery

We pride ourselves on providing instant automated 24/7 service:

All purchased account credentials (Username, Password, and Original Email Access) are displayed immediately on the checkout confirmation screen and stored in your My Purchases dashboard.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to immediately log into the account, update the recovery email, change the password, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

3. Warranty & Fraud Prevention

To protect both buyers and sellers from unauthorized chargebacks or account misuse:

All accounts listed on VALOSTORE are verified for full access and operational status prior to listing.
Any buyer attempting fraudulent disputes or chargebacks via payment providers (PayPal or Credit Issuers) will be permanently banned, and proof of digital fulfillment will be submitted for investigation.

4. Limitation of Liability

VALOSTORE is not liable for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions resulting from buyer conduct following delivery (including toxicity, third-party software usage, or unauthorized sharing of account credentials).
